Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates depend on your location and the size of your order.

Where We Ship 

Right now, we ship local and international shipping. If we don’t ship to your location yet, we’re working on it!

📦 Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Eligible Returns 

You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging 
• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (like your order number or confirmation email)  

What’s Not Returnable

• Used rolling papers, trays, or accessories 

Return Shipping

Unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if it’s been approved. If so:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days to show up on your end, depending on your bank or card issuer  

Exchanges

Want to swap something out? Just contact us and we’ll help arrange it, depending on inventory.

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items?If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re really sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
